PROVIDING PROOF OF EDUCATION  

Email Proof/Verification Process

Before you purchase, make sure your identification is listed below in acceptable forms of academic identification and that you are qualified to purchase an education product - see who qualifies to purchase below.

Step 1 

Scan your academic identification and save the file as a .PDF, .JPG file. These are the only accepted formats. All forms of verification must be clearly legible and at a minimum, true to size.

Step 2 

Email the Document to ADELAIDE COMPUTER SET UP using the same Name/ID you used to place the order, and follow directions to submit your copy of your academic identification online. Once received you will be sent an e-mail once you are or are not verified

STUDENT REQUIREMENTS

1. Valid, current student ID that includes name, date, and a photo.
2. If the student does not have a current student ID with name date and photo, the student must instead provide a valid, photo ID, and corroborating evidence of current enrolment:

• Official, current non-photo student ID with name and date or
• Official, current school transcript indicating name of school and student or
• Official, current school tuition bill indicating name of school and student or
• Official, current report card indicating name of school and student or
• Other official dated proof of enrolment to Adelaide Computer Set Up’s satisfaction

1. If student is under the age of 18 and does not have a valid, current student ID with photo or credit card, the person purchasing the product for the student must provide a valid, current photo ID and corroborating evidence of student’s eligibility:

• Official, current non-photo student ID with name and date or
• Official, current school transcript indicating name of school and student or
• Official, current school tuition bill indicating name of school and student or
• Official, current report card indicating name of school and student

TEACHING STAFF REQUIREMENTS

• A valid, photo ID, and corroborating evidence of employment at a qualified educational institution or
• Official, current education institution pay check copy or
• Official letter on educational institution letterhead verifying person’s employment

MICROSOFT LICENSING can take up to 48 Hours to process after payment has been received and or cleared. This can be processed a lot quicker in some cases.

Adobe products are not sold; rather, copies of Adobe products, including Macromedia branded products, are licensed all the way through the distribution channel to the end user. UNLESS YOU HAVE ANOTHER AGREEMENT DIRECTLY WITH ADOBE THAT CONTROLS AND ALTERS YOU’RE USE OR DISTRIBUTION OF THE ADOBE PRODUCTS, THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE APPLICABLE LICENSE AGREEMENTS BELOW APPLY TO YOU. Please read the agreements applicable for the products you want to use. Some software is distributed together as a collection. Please be careful to read the agreement for the software you want to use.
